If you are not totally happy with what CLIQ's product can do for you and your active life, then any chair can be returned within 45 days of arrival for a refund minus a restocking fee.

We use Loop Returns to facilitate returns within the US. This makes returning a product super painless and easy. 

Refunds will be initiated as soon as your item is delivered back to us and inspected by our team. Please allow up to 10 business days from when we receive your return to process your refund. 

If you'd like to send your product back for an exchange or store credit, select that option during the return process. We'll send you an eGift card, which can be used to place a new order for the product you want in exchange.
