What is CLIQ's Warranty Policy?Updated 24 days ago

At CLIQ we stand behind our products and strive to provide the highest quality craftsmanship. Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects* in materials and workmanship.

We warranty each and every CLIQ product to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will fix or replace with a new product, at our option, any genuine CLIQ chair sold by an authorized source or official sales channel that is deemed defective.

CLIQ Products does not warranty its products against misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, alterations, or normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear includes natural breakdown of colors and materials during the life of a product, including rust.

If your CLIQ chair was damaged due to misuse, our customer service team can analyze the damage and may be able to suggest options for the customer to remedy.

If your CLIQ product is unable to be repaired after misuse, we will extend a one-time courtesy offer, allowing you the option to purchase a new CLIQ product at a discounted price.

* Manufacturing Defects - A manufacturing defect exists if the product departs from its intended design and specification during manufacturing. Defective materials (aluminum frame, fabrics, rubber feet, etc.) or workmanship (seams, construction, etc.) are covered by CLIQ product's lifetime warranty.

Replacements can only be shipped within the US territory.
