We warranty each and every CLIQ product to be free of manufacturing defects*, and we will fix or replace with a new product, at our option, any genuine CLIQ chair sold by an authorized source or official sales channel that is deemed defective.

* Manufacturing Defects - A manufacturing defect exists if the product departs from its intended design and specification during manufacturing. Defective materials (aluminum frame, fabrics, rubber feet, etc.) or workmanship (seams, construction, etc.) are covered by CLIQ product's lifetime warranty.
