The rubber feet on my CLIQ Chair broke, fell or wore out. Do you have replacements?Updated 7 months ago

We are sorry that you are having issues with your chair's rubber feet/legs. We can definitely send replacements at no charge. 

To proceed, please email us at [email protected] and include:

- Order ID or email linked to the purchase. .

- Images showing the chair with the rubber feet or legs issue.

- Number of feet you need.

- Your full name and current shipping address.

- A photo of the white label on the chair canopy (on both sides if possible) where it states 'Made in China'. The China label is located at the back of the canopy, inside the pocket on the right side where the Velcro strap is attached. These are helpful internally for quality purposes."
