If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect* we will gladly fix or replace it.
Please contact us on live chat or at [email protected] with a brief description of the problem and picture of the defect and we will assist you as soon as possible.
* A manufacturing defect exists if the product departs from its intended design and specification during manufacturing. Defective materials (aluminum frame, fabrics, rubber feet etc.) or workmanship (seams, construction, etc.) are covered by CLIQ product's lifetime warranty.
