How do I make a return?Updated 5 months ago
There are various reasons for customers wanting to return an item. Please see below the most common cases:
Comfort
Often times, we hear customers say that they can feel the arms or hub on their backs or legs when sitting on the chair or that it is too reclined. This usually means that the chair is not properly set up and that the arms aren’t properly extended.
- Missing the last section of the back arms on the ClassiQ Chair and Riviera Lounge is common. When the chair is fully extended, you should see 6 silver pins (2 on each back arm, 1 on each front arm).
- Adjusting the "comfort cinch" on the back of the EpiQ Lounge allows you to adjust the recline of the chair - this sometimes positions people's heads slightly better on the pillow.
Button or Hub not locking into place
The order in which you set up the chair matters. Regardless of the chair you have, once you undo the velcro strap, you need to allow the spring-loaded legs to unfold and click into place. Once the hub is locked, it will be easier to extend the arms.
Too hard to open or set up
Our chairs are designed to break-in with use. Buttons may be hard to depress or the fabric may be difficult to stretch during break-in period, but it will loosen up after ~10 uses.
