Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?Updated a year ago
Once the order has been placed and the items purchased are in stock, we will immediately begin the fulfillment process. Unfortunately, this means that in most cases we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order. This includes making changes to the delivery address or products selected.
If the order is not being prepared yet, our team may be able to process the cancellation/change as you requested.
