I haven't received my order, what should I do?Updated 4 months ago

Most of CLIQ's orders ship right on schedule. However, weather, public holidays, peak shipping seasons and incorrect delivery information can delay the shipment of your order. 

If you are concerned that your package is severely delayed or lost, and you are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please contact [email protected]  and provide your order and provide your order information.
